The L.T.D. Office Solutions team has a strong background in customer service, operations
and consulting. But the most important common denominator across the team is their
passion for business.
Bill’s experience spans over thirty (30) years and includes both design and manufacturing of fine furniture. He began his career with Brooks Interiors in 1989, a family-owned business serving as President and for the past two (2) years with L.T.D. Office Solutions. From refurbishing office furniture, to logistics, to liquidations, he prides himself on well-priced products with very short lead times. Bill’s focus on customer service helps distinguish L.T.D.’s approach and operation. He has always espoused Service as the only true measure of success.
Diane Dubois Prestipino
Diane has been in the office furniture business for 10 years. At L.T.D., Diane assists with space planning, inventory management, purchasing, ordering, supervising installations and most importantly, customer service and support. Diane ensures that L.T.D.’s high quality standards are met — from start to finish of each project. Diane has a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
Sharon learned the business as accounting manager at Brooks Interiors Group. Sharon’s experience in marketing, manufacturing and design have enhanced her ability to interact successfully with customers from every industry. Sharon appreciates the importance of excellent customer service as well as high-quality product. She graduated from the University of Lowell (MA) with a BS in accounting and a minor in computer programming.
